Project Transformation: Day 9 – A Review

I made it through the week! That is an accomplishment. Last week, I went through my entire workout routine. I had a few challenges but I stayed committed, even to the point of working out one day at 2 AM! So the schedule is this: I work out a total of five (5) days during the week.
